By accessing and using Amplify Core ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Amplify Core is a browser-based voice bridge that connects your Discord account to a voice channel and applies real-time audio processing to your microphone input. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Amplify Core complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Amplify Core does not endorse or encourage any violation of Discord's policies.
If you choose to link a Discord user token, you do so at your own risk. Amplify Core transmits your token only to Discord's official API endpoints. We do not store, log, or share your token with third parties. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Amplify Core requests microphone access solely to transmit your voice to Discord voice channels you explicitly join. Audio data is processed locally and streamed directly to Discord. We do not record, store, or transmit your audio to any third-party servers.
You may not use Amplify Core to: harass, abuse, or harm other users; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to bypass Discord's security measures; or use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplify Core and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including account actions taken by Discord.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
